Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tae Eke Aotearoa Educational Resources & Design.

We create and supply educational resources, printed products, classroom displays, signage, puzzles, and other designed items. Some products are made to order, so processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product type.

Processing Times

Orders are processed during normal business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

For standard products, please allow approximately 3–7 business days for processing before dispatch.

For made-to-order, personalised, printed, laser-cut, or custom-designed products, please allow additional production time. Estimated timeframes will be confirmed where possible before production begins.

Print and Custom Production Timeframes

For larger print jobs, signage, custom panels, personalised resources, or design-based orders, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production, print, and delivery once final artwork has been approved.

Production time begins only once all required information, wording, approvals, and files have been received.

Shipping Within New Zealand

We currently ship within New Zealand.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where available. For larger, heavy, oversized, or custom items, shipping may need to be quoted separately.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier provider. Rural delivery may take longer.

Local Pick-Up or Delivery

Local pick-up or local delivery may be available by arrangement. If this applies to your order, we will contact you directly to confirm details.

Digital Products

Digital products, including downloadable PDFs, PNGs, templates, worksheets, posters, or resource packs, are delivered electronically.

No physical item will be shipped for digital-only products. Download links or access instructions will be provided after purchase where applicable.

Custom Orders

Custom orders, personalised resources, and design-based products may require confirmation of details before work begins.

Customers are responsible for checking all spelling, wording, names, dates, colours, and design details before final approval. Once a custom item has been approved and moved into production, changes may not be possible.

Delays

We do our best to meet estimated timeframes, however delays can occasionally occur due to supplier delays, courier delays, weather events, public holidays, or high order volumes.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please check your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will assess the issue and work with you to arrange a suitable solution where appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
