Pricing
All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars unless stated otherwise.

Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive confirmation by email.
For custom, personalised, made-to-order, or design-based products, production may not begin until all required information, wording, artwork, approvals, and payment requirements have been received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the order cannot be fulfilled, contains incorrect information, appears fraudulent, breaches these terms, or involves inappropriate, offensive, unsafe, or culturally disrespectful content.
Custom Design Work
Custom design work may include consultation, planning, concept development, design, reworking, file preparation, and final artwork supply.
Customers are responsible for checking all spelling, names, wording, colours, layout details, cultural details, and final proofs before approving work for print or production.
Once final approval has been given, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
Cultural Content
Tae Eke Aotearoa Educational Resources & Design creates resources that may include Māori language, imagery, patterns, narratives, values, and cultural themes.
We aim to treat this content with care and respect. Where content is iwi-specific, rohe-specific, whakapapa-specific, or requires permission, customers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate authority, approval, or guidance to use that content.

Subscription resources are only available while your subscription is active, unless stated otherwise.

All artwork, illustrations, designs, layouts, written content, product images, digital resources, templates, logos, and downloadable files remain the intellectual property of Tae Eke Aotearoa Educational Resources & Design, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Purchasing a product or digital file does not transfer ownership of the original artwork, design files, source files, concepts, or intellectual property.
You are purchasing permission to use the item for the agreed purpose only.
Third-Party Printing and Production
Where products are printed, manufactured, or supplied through third-party providers, timeframes may depend on their availability, production schedules, courier services, and material supply.
We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will communicate any significant delays where possible.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit your rights under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act where applicable.
